Shipping & Returns


We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Shipping costs will be calculated on the total value of your order and then applied at the checkout. Free shipping is available on orders over £75. We will notify you when your order has been dispatched, and if goods cannot be dispatched within a reasonable time we will email you to advise you of this and offer the choice of continuing, cancelling or part-shipping the order. We will use all reasonable endeavours to deliver your goods within the time stated but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If you do not receive your goods within the stated delivery period please contact us. Any damages should be advised to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Returns/Refunds/Exchange/Restocking Fee

In the unlikely event that the catering supplies you receive are damaged or are faulty we will issue you with a replacement product. If the items you are returning are not faulty or damaged they will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the product purchase price to cover administrative costs and fees. You must return them to us (at your cost) in their original condition and in their original packaging, within 7 days of receipt, to receive a replacement product or a refund. You will need to notify us first to receive a returns number. Please contact us stating your name, address, order number and reason for return/exchange. You will be issued with a returns number which must be clearly marked on the returned package. Items returned without this number will not be accepted. We will aim to respond to your order return/exchange request within 24 hours. Refunds will be made within 30 days of return of the items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
