When you make a purchase you are issued with a VAT receipt and a confirmation
email. Both of these items have a contact email address that you should
use if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. if you have reasonable grounds
to be dissatisfied with the purchase we will issue a refund provided that
the goods are returned in their original condition and are unused. however
we will not be held responsible if you mistakenly order the wrong item.
In the unlikely event that you feel that you have not been fairly treated by BSLH ltd following a complaint there is also a contact address and reference for Worldpay. Worldpay will ensure you receive a refund should you be entitled to one.
For
this reason it is important that you print out the receipt when prompted
to do so.
